Review:  They do not repair or replace you must pay for repairs. This is my second one, Motorola stores do not back up warranty repairs. You must send phone to Motorola , so plan on being without a phone for a week or two.

Review:  I replaced my V300 with this. The picture quality is very bad compare to the V300. The headset that came with the phone is good for listening to MP3 music, but very bad for talking. The MP3 java player does not have much features. Bluetooth works great. It came with a 64MB TransFlash memory from SanDisk. The max size available is only 256MB. The phone was free with a 1 year plan.
